Shipping Policies

REGULAR SHIPPING
Zero-In Optics usually ships U.S. orders via United States Postal Service, or Fed EX. In-stock items will ship out of our warehouse within 48 hours of ordering and domestic orders should arrive in 7 to 12 days. Our warehouses are located in San Diego and Oakdale, CA. Shipping time depends on your ship to, location. East Coast delivery takes approximately 5-7 business days to arrive. Midwest delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days, Northwest, will take approximately 2-5 business days and if you ship to California, Arizona or Nevada, your order will take approximately 2-4 business days to arrive. Please call 619-749-0355 for in stock items. International shipments are subject to additional charges. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
There are no U.S. taxes on orders shipped outside the U.S. Zero-In Optics is not responsible for any customs handling fees, duties or taxes that result when your merchandise is imported to your country. Check with your local customs agency for details regarding possible duties or taxes on your order. You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes and other charges. Zero-In Optics strongly suggests that you check with your local customs agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. Zero-In Optics cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of customs fees, handling fees, duties or taxes.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not happy with Zero-In Optics products you receive, you may return them in new condition within 30 days for a refund. Acceptable returns must be in new, unused/untested, re-sellable condition, in undamaged manufacturers original packaging. User damaged, or un-resalable items are not returnable. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. Please feel free to contact us regarding these policies as some exceptions may apply.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you place an order using our website or by phone and the order is canceled for any reason, after it has already shipped out, it may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please be sure your order is correct prior to submitting it. We may not be able to change, amend, cancel, add or combine orders once they are submitted. By placing an order with us, you agree to all of our terms and conditions.

Once your order is submitted, we cannot make changes to that order, so please verify that your order is complete and correct prior to submitting it. Shipping charges will not be refunded for customer errors.
